Almost all business areas are periodically reviewed by compliance, to ensure that we are conducting business according to the regulations of the FSA and the guidelines of other relevant professional bodies.

Finance is responsible for assisting senior management with forecasting revenue and cost expectations, and enabling the business to address changes to business plans as early as possible.

Marketing

Fund management

The different fund management desks manage their own investment processes, as we do not have a 'fixed' house style of investment. The desks cover equities, fixed interest and quantitative strategies. Analysts work with fund managers to assess the best investment ideas.

Portfolio dealing

Provides investment managers with information about market sentiment, trading environment, trading volume and price volatility. Dealers trade stocks and shares for the portfolios on behalf of the fund managers.
